Women’s Championships

The AGA conducts four State Championships for women and girls. These are the highest echelon of state level amateur competition for women in Arizona and includes the State Amateur Match Play, the State Amateur Stroke Play, the Four-Ball Stroke Play and the State Amateur Senior Stroke Play.

USGA Qualifiers

The AGA conducts 18 qualifiers each year on behalf of the United States Golf Association. These include qualifiers for both open and amateur championships for men, women and juniors. Entries for USGA qualifiers are made directly through the United States Golf Association at USGA.org.

Association Events

The AGA conducts association tournaments throughout the state for men and women. Players are flighted by age and/or handicap and multiple sets of tees are utilized to enhance the player’s experience and enjoyment. Several tournaments provide both gross and net prizes.

AGA Just 4 Fun Days are just that…FUN! There is no format, just golf. Keep score, don’t keep score. Play a game within your group or just enjoy an afternoon of golf with friends. Just 4 Fun Days are open to members and non-members, women and men.
