WELCOME TO THE ARIZONA GOLF ASSOCIATION!
Now that your application has been submitted to the AGA, it may take 1-3 business days for your club to be created in the USGA Admin Portal and the AGA’s Golf Nations Billing Software. The initial roster of 10 members that you provided in your application will be loaded to your club to meet the minimum requirements set by the USGA. If you have additional golfers, the club administrator will be responsible for adding those individuals to the roster via the USGA Admin Portal or Golf Nations platform.
As a member club of the Arizona Golf Association, you have certain tools available to you that will help in managing your new club. Please take a look at the information below which will cover the USGA Admin Portal, Golf Nations Software and USGA Tournament Management powered by Golf Genius.
CLUB ADMINISTRATION TOOLS & BENEFITS OVERVIEW
The USGA Admin Portal provides Club Administrators access to their club roster and GHIN system for managing activities related to posting/editing scores, scheduling reports and other roster management tools. To learn more about the system, click on the Tools & Resources link below. The individual listed as the main contact in your club application will be granted Administrator access within the Admin Portal. They will then have the ability to add more users if they would like.
USGA Tournament Management powered by Golf Genius is a cloud based tournament software solution available to all active Arizona Golf Association Clubs. If your club would like to have access to the software, please contact Alex Tsakiris to request an account be created on your behalf.
Golf Nations is the technology platform used by the Arizona Golf Association to help manage Club Billing and Online Join/Renew. Each club will have an individual that is given administrator credentials in order to log in and view the club’s account. The AGA does offer services to collect club dues on your behalf and that information is displayed under the 2020 Billing Policy.

Let the AGA Take Care of Your Collections
Here’s How it Works:
- Let us know what you want us to collect – AGA portion of your dues or the entire amount. You want to add-on some optional fees? No problem. We can do that to
- If you want us to market your club to others, we’ll post it on the website. Don’t worry, if you have eligibility requirements, we can take care of that too.
- Send your members to azgolf.org to have them pay their dues by credit card. We’ll notify you when they pay.
- If we collect your portion of the dues as well, we’ll issue you a check for the amount we collected for you by the 10th of the following month.
We realize that some of your members may want to continue to pay you directly – NO PROBLEM – you can either go online and pay in a batch by credit or just send us a check for those members.
With our new online billing program, it’s easy for you to see at an instant who has paid and who has not. You can even set the program to automatically inactivate those that haven’t paid by the end of the year. It’s completely up to you!
