Let the AGA Take Care of Your Collections
Tired of chasing after your members to get them to pay their dues?
Frustrated with spending so much time keeping track of money?

Sign up for our Join/Renew program and we’ll take care of collections for you!
Here’s How it Works:
- Let us know what you want us to collect – AGA portion of your dues or the entire amount. You want to add-on some optional fees? No problem. We can do that to.
- If you want us to market your club to others, we’ll post it on the website. Don’t worry, if you have eligibility requirements, we can take care of that too.
- Send your members to azgolf.org to have them pay their dues by credit card. We’ll notify you when they pay.
- If we collect your portion of the dues as well, we’ll issue you a check for the amount we collected for you by the 10th of the following month.
We realize that some of your members may want to continue to pay you directly – NO PROBLEM – you can either go online and pay in a batch by credit or just send us a check for those members.
With our new online billing program, it’s easy for you to see at an instant who has paid and who has not. You can even set the program to automatically inactivate those that haven’t paid by the end of the year. It’s completely up to you!
