Golf Greens Coloring seminar
The USGA and the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension is holding a Golf Greens Coloring seminar Thursday, May 24 from 7 a.m. to noon at Paradise Valley Country Club, 7101 N. Tatum Blvd. Presenters include Kai Umeda (UA Cooperative Extension) speaking on recent research project in Arizona, Grady Miller (North Carolina State University) speaking on paints/dyes/pigments/colorants for turfgrass as well as results of paint use in the southeast US, and Brian Whitlark (USGA) speaking on the effects on turfgrasses from using colorants.
