TPA members are not automatically eligible to participate in the AZ Public Links Championship. Eligibility requires membership in a public club in Arizona, either at a public golf course or a club without real estate. The TPA Men's Club is considered a public club and, therefore, satisfies the eligibility requirements. Members of private clubs may participate as long as they also belong to a public AGA club.
| DISCOUNTS ON ENTRY FEES
| TPA Members who compete in more than two AGA-administered events during the year will incur savings greater than the cost of the BASIC membership.
PERFORMANCE POINTS
| Only TPA Members are eligible to accrue points for qualification to participate on select AGA teams - USGA State Team Championship, AZ-Utah Shootout and Goldwater Cup Matches. If an individual joins the TPA prior to the first round of the AZ Public Links Championship, points will accumulate from the beginning of the year. Otherwise, points begin to accumulate in the first event played after joining. Note: If a team competition allows for Committee or Trustee Invitations, only members who join the TPA by July 1 shall be considered.
| TPA MEN'S CLUB
| Par, Birdie and Eagle levels include a membership in the TPA Men's Club. This is considered a club without real estate and provides all benefits of membership of an AGA club including a USGA Handicap Index. It also satisfies the eligibility requirements for entry into the AZ Public Links Championship.
