Join us at THE OPEN |
The 2010 British Open Championship (known as THE OPEN) will once again be staged at the Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland.
Join the AGA for the final day, and then stay on for 7 rounds of golf in Scotland. Play Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, The New, The Jubilee, The Dukes and the new Castle Course (opened in 2009). There will be daily ballots for play on the Old Course.
The trip goes from July 18-26, 2010 and is limited to the first 20 participants. It includes breakfast daily, three hosted dinners, first class 5-star accommodations at The Fairmont Hotel in St. Andrews, all land transportation by private luxury coach, valet and gratuities. Questions? Contact J. Michael Meadows at 602.252.5758.
Tom Olson Swing Clinic
Due to a great success earlier in the year, we would like to once again offer a golf instructional program that we call the AGA Golf Swing Development Club. This extremely low-cost program is designed specifically for our amateur golfers, and focuses on incorporating the swing fundamentals most needed in your swing for improvement. The program will be held at McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale. A great gift idea for only $100!

Clubs No Longer Licensed to Issue USGA Handicap Indexes
As of January 1, 2010, the following clubs are no longer members of the Arizona Golf Association. Through our license with the USGA, the AGA's umbrella provides licenses to our member clubs. At this time, we have NOT been notified by the USGA that these clubs have made application for a license. As a result, if participation in your events require a USGA handicap index, members from these clubs do not currently qualify.
